ⓘ How the Booking Works

  • Select your Check-in (Arrival) and Check-out (Departure) dates and enter the total number of people in your group.
  • Tell us whether you will be staying at the Ashram or arranging your own accommodation.
  • Staying at the Ashram: Max 10 accommodation spots. The system checks every day across your registered date range. Your registered dates are locked in — if your plans change and you need to leave earlier, please contact the Ashram directly to update your booking.
  • Day volunteers / own accommodation: Always welcome with no limit! Please arrange nearby lodging if needed.
  • A confirmation email with your cancellation link is sent immediately after booking.
🕑 Cancellation – Please Cancel Early: If your plans change, please cancel as soon as possible so another volunteer can take your place and contribute to the sacred mission of Shantivan Ashram — your thoughtfulness gives someone else the opportunity to serve. You can cancel up to 48 hours before your check-in using the link in your confirmation email. Reminder emails are also sent 1 week, 3 days, and 48 hours before check-in, each containing the cancel link. After the 48-hour window, please contact us directly.
🌿 Day Volunteers are Always Welcome! — If you are not staying overnight, you can register freely with no restriction. Simply select “No – I will arrange my own accommodation nearby” in the form below.
