Three days and two nights of Maun Sadhana โ meditation, pranayama, mantra, and self-introspection โ at Shantivan Ashram. A monthly opportunity to awaken inner consciousness and refine the soul.
Antah Urja Satra is a Maun (silent) sadhana retreat that awakens our inner consciousness through ancient Vedic techniques โ meditation, pranayama, yog, mantra chanting, and svadhyaya โ that ultimately take the sadhak toward righteousness and prepare them to serve the community selflessly.
In this sadhana, participants focus solely on their Atma Parishkar (self-refinement) through soul-churning and self-introspection, free from physical desires.
One camp per month. Each runs Friday noon to Sunday noon. 8 spots per camp โ reserve early.
