GPWO Baal Sanskar Shaala offers two free spiritual education programs for children β in-person at Burlington and online every Saturday. Rooted in Gayatri Pariwar tradition, taught by volunteer teachers.
Both programs follow the same Gayatri Pariwar curriculum. Pick in-person for community + activities, online for convenience.
Six interconnected areas β designed to nurture body, mind, character, and spirit.
Daily prayers, Gayatri Mantra, simple Sanskrit verses β learned through repetition, song, and meaning.
Tales from Mahabharata, Ramayana, and Pariwar literature β discussed for the values they teach.
Age-appropriate asanas and breathing exercises β building lifelong wellness habits.
Learning to perform havan, understanding mantras of offering, and the science of sacred fire.
Tree plantation, food drives, community cleaning β putting compassion into action.
Bhajan singing, classical dance, drama β children perform at GPWO festivals.
Both In-Person Burlington and Online classes are split by age, so every child learns at the right depth and pace.
Play-based learning that plants the first seeds of sanskar β simple mantras and bhajans, stories from the Ramayana and Mahabharata, craft activities, and gentle asanas that make yoga fun.
Deeper study and real responsibility β understanding the meaning behind mantras, performing yagya, exploring the sixteen sanskars in depth, and taking on service and leadership roles.
Our teachers are all volunteers β they teach as their seva to the Pariwar tradition. There are no teaching fees.
